The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Axevalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ace Of Silverheart took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Thicker Than Water, Bonjour Lundi, Serious Impact, Narkissos Face, Spearhead Rebel, Double Speeded, Credit Hall, Starstruck Orchid. Heavy Metal Machine started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Bonjour Lundi took the lead after 1000m. Serious Impact didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bonjour Lundi today. It continued in the lead.

Spearhead Rebel was first on the homestretch followed by Starstruck Orchid and Credit Hall.

Starstruck Orchid sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
