One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Devine Flower sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Malvinas was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Vouloir Gagner, Narkissos Tooma, Listening Steel, Batman Pegasos, Malvinas, Tiny Angel, Devine Flower, Glamorous Wardrobe. Courageous Gentleman was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Vouloir Gagner clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Vouloir Gagner today. It continued in the lead. Devine Flower galloped way to long and was disqualified. Golden Madness started to gallop after 1500m and Jan Ove Olsen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Golden Madness was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Vouloir Gagner kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Devine Flower was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.

Batman Pegasos won the race after a spectacular finish.
