The sun was shining on Halmstad and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Pampered Lemon could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Marcus Lindgren wanted a little to much in the start and Surgubbe galoped for 20 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Wandering Dreamcatcher started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Pampered Lemon was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Alone With You was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Spring I Ring sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
