One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Avocat Du Diable sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Tiny Angel was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.
The leader got disturbed by something and Beautiful Breeze took the lead rather easily. Avocat Du Diable galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m. Tiny Angel suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.
Narkissos Tooma looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Giant Superman started to gallop after 1500m and Fredrik Linder had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Glamorous Wardrobe suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
