One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Blossoming Moon tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Magic News that came steaming ahead. Øystein Tjomsland wanted a little to much in the start and Blossoming Moon galoped for 20 m. Magic News was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Magic News was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Sliding Moon looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Blossoming Moon started to gallop after 1500m and Øystein Tjomsland had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Magic News litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sliding Moon galop. Sliding Moon lost 20 m. Blossoming Moon made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Magic News. Results
