One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brave Sound could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Brave Sound started to galop and lost 10 m. Gorgeous Pixie was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Escapade, Credit Hall, Troussier, Elegant Sky, Cyrille Merville, Stifling Box, Brave Sound, Gorgeous Pixie.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Credit Hall saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Gorgeous Pixie galloped for 40 m.



Elegant Sky was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Credit Hall sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Brave Sound made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Credit Hall.
