The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lycksele this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Evita was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Meadowbranch Lucky sprinted to the front.




Evita sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Evita galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Evita today. It continued in the lead.



Evita looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






You’re Cut Off won. Evita came in second. Tempting Sugar caught third place.
