One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Amazing Glaze. Travelling Beauty ended up behind the leader. Starstruck Wave got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Amazing Glaze was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Frozen Thinker sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Shining Girl suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Frozen Thinker today. It continued in the lead.




Amazing Glaze put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Amazing Glaze galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Travelling Beauty litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Starstruck Wave made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Frozen Thinker.
