One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Solid Stone took the lead after a very quick start. Slimy Tiger was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Vuur Van Parel sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Bëor The Old galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Vuur Van Parel was still in the lead after 1500m.




Vuur Van Parel sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Solid Stone was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Vuur Van Parel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fighting Puma won the race after a spectacular finish.
