One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Powerful Work. Money On Fire ended up behind the leader. Ferocious Opal got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Luxe Réjouir saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Luxe Réjouir clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Luxe Réjouir was still in the lead after 1500m.

Luxe Réjouir didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Luxe Réjouir kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Amazing Sparrow galop. Amazing Sparrow lost 20 m.

Isabelle Attaque sprinted over the finishline before Luxe Réjouir and Money On Fire.
