Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Vaasa track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rebellious Sergeant sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Heathcote was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Pinstripe´s Champagne, God Of Horses, Rebellious Sergeant, Handy Action, Orange Lady, Hard Dragon, Heathcote, .




Orange Lady took the lead after 1000m. Handy Action didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Pinstripe´s Champagne was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Handy Action saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Handy Action sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Rebellious Sergeant made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Orange Lady.
