One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carbonio Vox could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Naprej Vaš Znak was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Kvarngärdets Extra saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Focused Space who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Kvarngärdets Extra clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Kvarngärdets Extra followed by Naprej Vaš Znak and Carbonio Vox. Lane two Lone Sniper followed by Le Petite Croque and Focused Space. Carbonio Vox galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Kvarngärdets Extra sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Naprej Vaš Znak made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Kvarngärdets Extra.
