It had been raining for several days at Oviken but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dawana took the lead after a very quick start.




Dawana was in fine shape and held the lead.




Dawana was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
