One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Vertelsel. Shooting Band ended up behind the leader. Sowing Glitter got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Sowing Glitter, Shooting Band, Vertelsel, , , , , .




Vertelsel looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Shooting Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sowing Glitter.




Vertelsel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Vertelsel sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Vertelsel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sowing Glitter galop. Sowing Glitter lost 30 m.




Shooting Band made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Vertelsel.
