The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Boden this day.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Giant Royal. Sliding Power ended up behind the leader. Didier Kronos got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Preben Kjaersgaard wanted a little to much in the start and Kiryukhin galoped for 40 m.

Brûlant quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and In Sync took the lead rather easily. Sliding Power galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

In Sync was still in the lead after 1500m.

In Sync was still in the lead after 2000m.

Giant Royal litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

In Sync sprinted over the finishline before Space Champion and Nickulaus.
