The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Petshi was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Eloi showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Honourable Rocket quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Frozen Thinker took the lead after 1000m. Honourable Rocket didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Cherchez La Femme took the lead after 1000m. Honourable Rocket didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

driver couldn't keep Cherchez La Femme to trotting so they were disqualified.
