The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Blast tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Starquake that came steaming ahead. Breathing Sunflower was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Breathing Sunflower quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Star Control who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Radiating News sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Urusla Ursula accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Urusla Ursula looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sneaking Nova galop. Sneaking Nova lost 40 m.




Paul made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Starquake.
