The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Black Blizzard tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Purple Heroine that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Fast Mind sprinted to the front.




Trustworthy Trottin' Troy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Black Blizzard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Brave Trap seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Brave Trap were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Dupuis was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Black Blizzard won the race after a spectacular finish.
