It had been raining for several days at Bollnäs but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Sleepy Starshine found a gap and took the lead. Rainbow Diva followed before Evita. When the startcar left the field Astato Vox started to galop and lost 10 m. Astato Vox quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. The leader got disturbed by something and Rainbow Diva took the lead rather easily. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rainbow Diva followed by Sleepy Starshine and Astato Vox. Lane two Evita followed by Narkissos Journey and . Rainbow Diva sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Evita never caught up with Rainbow Diva who won. Sleepy Starshine came third.
