One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rip Van Winkle sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Rip Van Winkle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Taaksepäin Herpaannuttaen galloped way to long and was disqualified. Rip Van Winkle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

driver couldn't keep Bold Moon to trotting so they were disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Taaksepäin Herpaannuttaen galop. Taaksepäin Herpaannuttaen lost 20 m.




No-one could catch Rip Van Winkle today who won before Lucky Princess and Shining Moon.
