One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carmecita could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Syster Dyster looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Red Hollywood couldn't come out from behind the leader, Carmecita.




Syster Dyster saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Syster Dyster kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Carmecita won the race after a spectacular finish.
