One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Giggling Wind sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Narkissos Stone galloped way to long and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Urusla Ursula, Sophisticated Mambo, Giggling Wind, Grasping Fall, Counterfeit Dreamcatcher, Narkissos Stone, , . Counterfeit Dreamcatcher showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Urusla Ursula was still in the lead after 1500m.



Grasping Fall suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Grasping Fall kept the speed the whole finish and won before Giggling Wind and Sophisticated Mambo.
