The weather had been good all week and Kalmar was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dead Thrasher. Criminal Tyke Mörbult ended up behind the leader. Advanced Plan got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Pesante Vox quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. I Could Care Less showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Hand In Pocket looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Criminal Tyke Mörbult couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pesante Vox.




Hand In Pocket looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Hand In Pocket were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Pesante Vox won. Dead Thrasher came in second. Yanis caught third place.
