The weather had been good all week and Gävle was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Délicieux tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Indis Of The Vanyar that came steaming ahead. Erik Lindegren wanted a little to much in the start and Fierceful Runner galoped for 40 m.




Sport Champion saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Light Gold took the lead rather easily.

Just Blizzard was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Running Runaway won the race after a spectacular finish.
