One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shy Scout tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lying Blossom that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Citrus Hof started to galop and lost 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Lying Blossom who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lying Blossom today. It continued in the lead.



Shy Scout speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Shy Scout didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
