One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lumberjack tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Close Boy that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Steel Comet took the lead rather easily.




Heavy Scout looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Steel Comet galloped for 10 m.



Lumberjack was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Heavy Scout were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Close Boy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Heavy Scout.
