The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Liket. Lola Montez ended up behind the leader. Vrouw Universum got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Lola Montez clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Travelling Summer was still in the lead after 1500m.

Glamorous Duchess was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Lola Montez were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Vrouw Universum kept the speed the whole finish and won before Travelling Summer and Liket.
