Only a humble breeze blew over Solvalla this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beautiful Rocket sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Jim Frick wanted a little to much in the start and Beautiful Rocket galoped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Moving Tiger sprinted to the front.




Swim Swam Swum sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Swim Swam Swum followed by Ghostly Gold and Moving Tiger. Lane two Beautiful Rocket followed by Gloire À Dieu and Ticking Daffodil. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Play It Hard gallopped for 40 m.



Swim Swam Swum was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Swim Swam Swum were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Swim Swam Swum didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
