Muscular Admiral got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Playing Thinker was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Criminal Poozer sprinted to the front.

Criminal Poozer clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Criminal Poozer followed by Alone With You and Solid Bear. Lane two Frozen Action followed by Laxviks Nyponbuske and Muscular Admiral. Rugged Frenzy showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Criminal Poozer sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Frozen Action won the race after a spectacular finish.
