One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Calming Lion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Yanis that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Berlin Hof started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Walking Printer sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Sunday Wine galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Walking Printer followed by Puygrenier and Yanis. Lane two Calming Lion followed by Sunday Wine and Berlin Hof. Yanis showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Calming Lion put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Calming Lion looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Calming Lion galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Walking Printer won the race after a spectacular finish.
