It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Nuncio found a gap and took the lead. Astato Vox followed before Cheerful Technology. Rauno Pöllänen wanted a little to much in the start and Angelien Olympicon galoped for 10 m. Nero Diavolo galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Plaisantin quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Nuncio sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Eternal Blossom suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nuncio followed by Gorgeous Flower and Plaisantin. Lane two Astato Vox followed by Narkissos Kronos and Cheerful Technology.

Nuncio looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Rauno Pöllänen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Angelien Olympicon started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Winner of todays race was Nuncio. Narkissos Kronos came in second. Cheerful Technology became third.
