One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Superman Joe found a gap and took the lead. Space Dreamer followed before L'Étoile Mystérieuse. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Breaking Pearl started to galop and lost 50 m. Arc-de-triomphe galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Space Dreamer, Flying Play, L'Étoile Mystérieuse, Superman Joe, Backstabbing Lemonade, Platinum Angel, Breaking Pearl, Frozen Crusher. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m.




L'Étoile Mystérieuse looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Superman Joe couldn't come out from behind the leader, Space Dreamer. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Space Dreamer today. It continued in the lead. Unknown galloped for 20 m.



L'Étoile Mystérieuse suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






No-one could catch L'Étoile Mystérieuse today who won before Superman Joe and Space Dreamer.
