One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fighting Space tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Brave Sound that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Fighting Space took the lead rather easily.




Fighting Space was still in the lead after 1500m.




Fighting Space was still in the lead after 2000m. Brave Sound gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Fighting Space sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
