One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Pixie found a gap and took the lead. Perfect Darkness followed before Lovely Laura.




Lovely Laura saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Perfect Darkness looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Glorious Orchid couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lovely Laura.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lovely Laura followed by Perfect Darkness and Pinstripe´s Foxan. Lane two Glorious Orchid followed by Backstabbing Pixie and Bleu Et Jaune.




Lovely Laura kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Lovely Laura kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Perfect Darkness sprinted over the finishline before Backstabbing Pixie and Glorious Orchid.
