The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Visby this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Slimy Runner could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Slimy Runner was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Rumbling Mountain saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Alcide galloped for 60m and was disqualified. License To Sweep showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Ticking Princess who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Slimy Runner sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Slimy Runner today. It continued in the lead. Adventurous Hyena started to gallop after 1500m and Ronny Widerström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Slimy Runner kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Adventurous Hyena showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

No-one could catch Slimy Runner today who won before Singing Sky and Rumbling Mountain.
