The sun was shining on Härmä today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Detroit was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Flying Detroit was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Flying Detroit who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Flying Detroit was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flying Detroit followed by Jonté Ponté and Llosgfynydd. Lane two Beaufort followed by Big Movement and Singing Fiesta.



Flying Detroit were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jonté Ponté galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Beaufort won the race after a spectacular finish.
