It had been raining for several days at Sørlandet but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Adventurous Momentum could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Nicke Black Mountin, Lauréat, Miss Hobo Lady, Stampante, Adventurous Momentum, Canadian Gift, Punching Force, Criminal Harmony.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Nicke Black Mountin today. It continued in the lead.

Stampante seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Adventurous Momentum was first on the homestretch followed by Nicke Black Mountin and Stampante.

Winner of todays race was Adventurous Momentum. Stampante came in second. Nicke Black Mountin became third.
