The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Coughing Sapphire tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Neon Fabric that came steaming ahead. Jörgen Westholm wanted a little to much in the start and Handy Muscle galoped for 10 m.




Singing Midnight quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Starshine Breath took the lead rather easily.

Erik Lindegren tried a little too much on the homestretch and Neon Fabric started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Starshine Breath didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
