The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Vincennes today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Purple Heroine sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Ulf Ohlsson wanted a little to much in the start and King Kong On Fire galoped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Jeanne Dielman, Ferocious Opal, Exposure Cherry, King Kong On Fire, Vesoul, Melwood, Silver Agent, Purple Heroine. Prima Breath was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Exposure Cherry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Exposure Cherry was still in the lead after 1500m.

Purple Heroine suddenly took over the lead.

Purple Heroine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Prima Breath was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

Jeanne Dielman made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Exposure Cherry.
