The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Arvika this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tiny Bullet. Citrus Hof ended up behind the leader. Magic Pie got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Gold Miracle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Tiny Bullet was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Citrus Hof took the lead after 1000m. Gold Miracle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Citrus Hof was still in the lead after 1500m. Magic Pie galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Citrus Hof sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Opposing Princess galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Modestine won the race after a spectacular finish.
