One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Lizard found a gap and took the lead. Ghostly Vanilla followed before Buaillon.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Sliding Lizard was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sliding Lizard today. It continued in the lead.



Sliding Lizard looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Ghostly Vanilla was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Sliding Lizard kept the speed the whole finish and won before Buaillon and Ghostly Vanilla.
