One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Silver Gold tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stinger Rebel that came steaming ahead.

Dogon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Laxviks Anna-greta galloped way to long and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Counterfeit Wonder who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Dogon clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dogon followed by Cylinder Hof and Briljant On Fire. Lane two Silver Gold followed by Counterfeit Wonder and Fliessend In Rosen.

Dogon were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

No-one could catch Dogon today who won before Cylinder Hof and Silver Gold.
