One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flying Pride found a gap and took the lead. Seconds From Explode followed before Stone Hammer. When the startcar left the field Stone Hammer started to galop and lost 40 m.




Flying Pride was in fine shape and held the lead.




Flying Pride was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Flying Pride was still in the lead after 1500m.




Flying Pride kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Flying Pride sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Équitable Voici galop. Équitable Voici lost 20 m.




Close Paradigm never caught up with Flying Pride who won. Rugged Bandwith came third.
