One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amazing Sparrow tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stepping Red that came steaming ahead.




Arthfael saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Bergman Hof took the lead after 1000m. Sad Star didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Sad Star looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Bergman Hof was first on the homestretch followed by Sad Star and Stepping Red.

Erik Berglöf tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bergman Hof started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Final standings. 1 Purple Moment, 2 Sad Star, 3 Très Important.
