Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Dannero track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavenly Trap could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Amazing Pearl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Malbec Supra took the lead after 1000m. Heavenly Trap didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Malbec Supra followed by Falling Godiva and Amazing Pearl. Lane two Heavenly Trap followed by Pink Witch and Backstabbing Ballerina.



Heavenly Trap suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Malbec Supra won the race after a spectacular finish.
