The sun was shining on Rättvik and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Étoile Jaune tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Raucadakil that came steaming ahead. Kajsa Frick wanted a little to much in the start and Sailing In Dreams galoped for 30 m.

Western Cirkus saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Sauna Girl started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Étoile Jaune took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Étoile Jaune followed by Walking Action and Raucadakil. Lane two Western Cirkus followed by Dark Orbit and King Of Stockholm.

driver couldn't keep Sailing In Dreams to trotting so they were disqualified. driver couldn't keep Sauna Girl to trotting so they were disqualified. Western Cirkus suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sauna Girl galop. Sauna Girl lost 30 m.

Western Cirkus kept the speed the whole finish and won before Walking Action and Dark Orbit.
