The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Volstead tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Three Card Monte that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Volstead sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Volstead today. It continued in the lead.



Volstead were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Three Card Monte won. Volstead came in second. Tripping Sparkle caught third place.
