One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Slippery Dragon. Maximum Speed ended up behind the leader. Nedved got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Counterfeit Nutcracker, Shooting Band, Nedved, Close Boy, Stampante, Maximum Speed, Snowy Missile, Close Dribbler.

Shooting Band sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Counterfeit Nutcracker saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Counterfeit Nutcracker didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Sad Body was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Stampante was first on the homestretch followed by Counterfeit Nutcracker and Nedved.

Maximum Speed won the race after a spectacular finish.
