The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Swedish Gas took the lead after a very quick start.




Solid Bear saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Solid Bear clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



With only a little left of the race Swedish Gas galoped for 50 m. Solid Bear clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Goofy Ruby won the race after a spectacular finish.
