Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Sørlandet track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lonely Gossip. Cointreau Hof ended up behind the leader. Starstruck Star got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Starstruck Star sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Starstruck Star today. It continued in the lead. Starstruck Star sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Cointreau Hof sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy. Results
